You can tell when I'm not pleased with my results...cause I don't blog about it.
I'm at 291
I think I need a kick in the pants to get me going again and a new walking buddy I lost mine.
This past week my goal was to work out a hour each day, and by tonight I will have done that!
Next Week: No sugar...AGAIN.
Any suggestion on anther goal I could have? It would be nice to mix things up a little.
