This week down 0.4 pounds nothing big! BUT that does put me at my lowest weight yet. :) Now to just keep going.
I've convinced my self I need to lift weights. I'm pretty sure it's going to be the death of me. ;) I have no idea what I'm doing...but I'm trying anyways!

Back on track!
I've slacked of on blogging you may have noticed! That's just pure laziness...
And I've slacked off on working out, that's mostly just a crazy busy life. But I know that is no excuse.
I'm hoping I can get back on track and get my butt back in to gear!!!
My goal....I'm not sure if it's a loafty goal or realistic but whatever, is to loss and keep of FORTY pounds. So I can reach the hundred pound mark!
