1 mile

I made a goal for the month of June to walk one mile a day. A little over half way though the month and I'm right on track! As far as weight lose goes I'm down to 246 lowest weight yet!!!! The tricky part is keeping it from going back up. 245 here I come!

For Vacation!

The past few weeks I've been on vacation. First we went to Yellowstone and then me and my mom had a girls weekend.
What does vacation equal? Eating out and no excersise... Which usually leads to weight gain. But not this time!!!
Down 0.7 pounds!!!!!!! Which puts me at 248.9 pounds I'm now under the 250's. The tricky part is not going back.
