Running bare foot???
I've noticed it's become a trend however it's one I think I'll pass on.

Motivation!
The first suit is my size!
The second is a size smaller.
Goal: Fit into the second one soon! :)

Life!
Things have been far far from normal this month.
My grandma had 3 surgeries all with in about 2 weeks.
My uncle has been fighting a battle with Colon cancer and has now lost that battle.
With all this craziness my family has not had dinner together once this month.
However I have been working out when possible ...even if it is just going for a walk.
Current weight: 256.6
It's hard not to be discouraged...I have been maintaining for so long, which sucked but at least I wasn't gaining. :'(

Late night
I am majorly guilty of late night snacking/meals.
Here's my question- How do you deal with it? Certain food that are better? A tip that helps you not eat late?

The bread of life.
I have literally lived of rolls this week ...NOT healthy!
It's been a very busy and exhausting week! I guess that's how I burned all the rolls off.
Down 6.2 There is no happy-medium with my weight lose.
