Water aerobics is my main exercise fix. Swim suits are the attire I use. My clostet is full if swim suits. Their not cheap. I need a new one That is not to big.
Down 5.5 pounds this week!!!! However I don't know how I did it... I walked 5 miles while watching The biggest loser. That was the only work out I did this week. A pound a mile? I guess I'll take it. :) 261 pounds is what I am at now. Next up the 250's!
