One week out of four in month ruins them all!
It frustrates me to no end that I can work so hard 3 out of the 4 weeks in a month but then the one special week comes and all is lost!
Between the cravings, bloating, and just plain feeling yucky it's hard to loss weight let alone not gain any weight.

Story time!
Once upon a time... I was hanging out with some friends. When we were parting way Spencer gave Savanna a hug and picked her up. He then gave me a hug and "picked" me up too. However my feet barely left the ground.
Now that is the most boring story ever, I know. But there is a reason for it other then to waste your time. I know Spencer was just trying to included me. However it just made me feel horrible and embarrassed that I was and am so heavy he can't pick me up.
This losing weight is very hard and I am struggling BIG time!!!!
I have successfully made it back up to 250. :'(
My body just loves to weight 245-250.

Juice
It's pretty well know that my weight lose progress has been...Well none existent. Haha
I've struggled knowing what to do to change it and overcome this challenge.
In walk Ryan Williams! Really though Ryan walked in to my work a few weeks ago. I has chance to talk to him for a bit. I was able to share with him that I had lost 60-65 pounds, but I need help!
He suggested a juice fast! The purpose of this is to do a detox and get rid of the toxins in your body that make it so you can't burn fat....Ryan explained it a lot better then me. Haha
I am now half way though a "juice fast"....I have had one meal a day.
Somethings that have happened so far
-Since Friday I lost 7.1 pounds meaning...
-I have lost a total 72.4 pounds!
-Current weight 239.6 pounds meaning...
-I'm under 240 pounds!
Now to see what happens on Friday!

Plateau...
Lately I've been stuck on this horrible plateau...What's new really?
I lose some weight and then gain it right back. It is getting very discouraging to keep going I really wish I knew how to get past this. This biggest thing I want now is to be under 240 pounds however I keep finding my way back to the 250's.

1 mile
I made a goal for the month of June to walk one mile a day. A little over half way though the month and I'm right on track! As far as weight lose goes I'm down to 246 lowest weight yet!!!! The tricky part is keeping it from going back up. 245 here I come!

For Vacation!
The past few weeks I've been on vacation. First we went to Yellowstone and then me and my mom had a girls weekend.
What does vacation equal? Eating out and no excersise... Which usually leads to weight gain. But not this time!!!
Down 0.7 pounds!!!!!!! Which puts me at 248.9 pounds I'm now under the 250's. The tricky part is not going back.

This week down 0.4 pounds nothing big! BUT that does put me at my lowest weight yet. :) Now to just keep going.
I've convinced my self I need to lift weights. I'm pretty sure it's going to be the death of me. ;) I have no idea what I'm doing...but I'm trying anyways!

Back on track!
I've slacked of on blogging you may have noticed! That's just pure laziness...
And I've slacked off on working out, that's mostly just a crazy busy life. But I know that is no excuse.
I'm hoping I can get back on track and get my butt back in to gear!!!
My goal....I'm not sure if it's a loafty goal or realistic but whatever, is to loss and keep of FORTY pounds. So I can reach the hundred pound mark!
