I am majorly guilty of late night snacking/meals.
Here's my question- How do you deal with it? Certain food that are better? A tip that helps you not eat late?

The bread of life.
I have literally lived of rolls this week ...NOT healthy!
It's been a very busy and exhausting week! I guess that's how I burned all the rolls off.
Down 6.2 There is no happy-medium with my weight lose.
Current weight: 255.1
