Struggling

I’m up 3 pounds. :’( As normal I have a excuse…..conference.

In all reality though I need to not find reasons and just suck it up.
Any words of engorgement, advice and help are appreciated.

  1. You can do this, you are tougher than your cravings, you just have to prove it to yourself! Maybe put notes on food, or at least the naughty food reminding you of your goal. Allow your family/friends to intercept! Pre pack your meals. Make a list every day of what would be good for you to eat and stick to it, no excuses!!! Those are just my suggestions. I will listen to my suggestions when this baby pops out. :)
