Experiment

I decided to try something this week. I weighed my self everyday this week, and I made sure to weigh at different time to see what it would be like...here are the results.

and every time I was down!
Meaning as of Thursday I'm at 297.0 and I've lost 6.6 pounds since Friday....If I did the math right!

This week I also did NO sugar! In some ways it was way hard! But really wasn't to bad!
Also I'm in Logan now so I'll weigh in again on Saturday!
