Eating: We all have to eat right? So I think in in some ways that is easier simply because we have to eat. Now making it healthy takes more effort.
Exercise: To me exercise is more tricky, just trying to find the time. I've come to the point I like working out it's making it happen. I have a bad habit of thinking “I'll do it later” ...and later comes and I again think “I''ll do it later, I have so much to do”
Which is harder for you? What do you think is more important?
Now for this weeks weigh in:
~ Down 2.4 pounds
~ Weight 284.8
Side note: As I think most know I use Wii fit to work out some times and it's also what I use to weigh on. I've kind of wonder how accurate it is. (I'll be honest I have I hard time believing I'm really losing weight). Well my mom was kind enough to let me use her scale and it's right on!!! I guess it's true!!!!

I hate exercising! Running kills me. I don't see the fun in just going for a run or going to the gym. If I exercise, I need to be playing activities or hiking, that kind of stuff. So I think it's awesome that you are starting to like working out. You're doing amazing and I'm so proud of your efforts and determination! What is the total of pounds lost?
ReplyDeleteThe Wii fit scale and my own scale always matched!! It's pretty fancy! If I were to choose which one is more important I'm a bit torn, BUT eating healthy is what I'm leaning towards. Just watching the calories I would take it made me see the weight loss so much quicker. I think you've said you're not a pop drinker but ask anyone who is, if they stop for even 1 week they will probably notice a difference, especially in bloating!! Really both are VERY important but so much of what we eat can make or break the scale!
