You can tell when I'm not pleased with my results...cause I don't blog about it.
I'm at 291
I think I need a kick in the pants to get me going again and a new walking buddy I lost mine.
This past week my goal was to work out a hour each day, and by tonight I will have done that!
Next Week: No sugar...AGAIN.
Any suggestion on anther goal I could have? It would be nice to mix things up a little.
How about not eating after eight? I find that exercising helps but when it all comes down to it what you eat makes the biggest difference! Plus think about why you didn't go to water aerobics ;) haha that always makes me weigh more! Try drinking more water throughout the day especially before you feel like eating a snack.

ReplyDeleteFirst off, congrats, you are doing great, don't lose hope! I noticed on FB you were doing the Wii Fit, I LOVE Wii Fit! I was doing that before I got pregnant and was seeing results...and then pregnancy took over. Anyway, while that is a great way also try to incorporate light weights into your work out. So many people think cardio is the only way to go but building muscle burns fat big time. I even just lift 5 lb weights, you'll be surprised what can happen when adding light weight lifting to your workout can do!
