No Sugar

After last weeks sad results I decided I need to make up for it, which meant NO SUGAR week!
A lot of people ask how do you do it?
I'll tell it's not easy, and takes a lot of self control!
BUT being able to say I'm down 4.9 pounds is what makes me able say no to sugar! I'm willing to give up sugar once and a while to have my clothes fit better and to hear people say how great I'm looking. Those things are a lot more satisfying and lasting, then the 5 minutes of joy a piece of pie may bring me.
