NEVER again!!!

...Will I weigh over 280, I made it down to 279.3
(again).
I've hard a hard time these past few weeks.
BUT this week was different...First off NO sugar week.
(which always helps).
THEN I killed it this week working out!!!
Monday- Treadmill for an hour.
Tuesday- No workout
Wednesday- Treadmill an hour AND some weights
Thursday- Water aerobic for an hour
(it was an intense work out)
Friday- Water aerobics for an hour AND wii fit for an hour!!!

GOAL: 10 pounds in 2 weeks!!! Do you think I can make it?!
(This also means NO sugar again!)
Oh I've lost 4.2 pounds this week!
