Done!!!!

I'm so done, I give up!!!!!!!
Last week I worked my butt off and lose 1.8 pounds.
This week I wasn't able to work out as much as I would like and what happens?! I gain 2.4 pounds. :'(

I just can't beat this it's getting old.
I want to go out to eat with friends, but don't.
I want to have dessert and not feel guilty.
I want to be able shop at any store and have the clothes fit... Not just window shop.
I want I boy to look at me, think I'm beautiful and want to date me.
I don't want to look at other girls I think "If only I looked like that."
I don't want be able to say "I'm not cold, I've got extra padding."
I don't want to only wear flats because my calves are to big for boots.

I'm SO done, just make it go away. :'(

  1. There is NO possible way you gained 24lbs. That's seriously not possible in a weeks amount of time. Nope nope nope.

    Either something is wrong with your scale, or you've got some major water/poo rention. But I'm leaning towards a scale problem.

    Don't give up. Something is just out of whack. Check the batteries in your scale. K? : )

  4. YoU, young lady, are no quitter. You are going to have rough patches, you know that! What are your workouts like? Are you in a routine of sorts? Sometimes it takes switching things up. You watch Biggest Loser right? They have their weeks of 1 and 2 lbs and they are working out HOURS every day. You see this especially in women. You're strong Vanessa. Too strong to give up. You can eat out, just know your limits! Allow yourself that "cheat day". STOP putting SO much pressure on yourself. You're capable of more than you know.
