I weighed myself on Friday and was quite disapointed in the results, then I could not resiest the temepation to weigh today.

Friday +4.9

Monday -6.6

???

I'm not complaining just confussed. So as of a couple of hours ago I guess I weigh 298.1

I honestly don’t remember the last time this was the case.

The scale says I’m –0.7

I’m not quite under 300 pounds …300.7

I’m down 4.9 pounds!!!
Which puts me at 301.4!!!
Which means if I’m way good this week I could possible get

me under 300 pounds which would be A-W-E-S-O-M-E! :)

…I just hope all goes well.

Struggling

I’m up 3 pounds. :’( As normal I have a excuse…..conference.

In all reality though I need to not find reasons and just suck it up.
Any words of engorgement, advice and help are appreciated.

Slacker

I’ve been a major slacker with bloging lately. So last Friday I was down 2 pounds!!!! Which means 305.8 pounds.
This Friday will be interesting…I have not worked out at all this week sadly. But I have worked EVERYDAY (but today) so hopefully serving 300+ people will have burned some calories. Until tomorrow.
