I wish I could find something that worked!! I hate the really good week (-4.0 pounds), followed by okay weeks ( 0.9) pounds and THEN there is bad weeks (+anything!).
I would love to have consistency even if it was just down one pound, I'd at least know what I was doing was working. This week was an "okay week" down 0.7 pounds!!!

I want to start doing a "spotlight" on people who help, inspire, motivate encourage me!
First of KAYLA PORTER!!! I'm lucky enough to work with her, she is amazing! Everytime I see her she ask how my weeks been going. Giving me suggetions on what to eat, things to do for works out. She always so proud when I "run" no matter how fast a go. Haha Also she'll text me though out the week and on friday to see how I'm doing. Not only does she do all that she walk the talk making her a great example!!! I'm very grateful to have Kayla in my life! :)
