FAIL

I thought of re-weighing my self today.…But that would be lying. So I did weigh last night and it was +2.6
FAIL!!!

I just want to give up! If only I knew exactly what I need to do and then if it was easier to do.

Any suggestions?

I did find an app. for my Ipod touch from the fat secret website Kim shared with me. I also have an app. for weight watcher that maybe Alison could help me with….

This weeks weight is 308.6

I just want to get under the 300 pounds at this point. Is that to much to ask for?!

  1. Are you weighing yourself at the same time each week? We can talk WW anytime. I even have some stuff you can have. We can figure out your point range etc.

    We ALL have weeks like these. Don't give up.

  2. Most of the time it's been about the same time...but last week wasn't cause I went tubbing. Oh well we'll just have to see what this week brings.
