You’re motivated, inspired, and eager to change your life-forever, right? Not so fast. …Changing health habits is never easy- you’ll have good days and bad. Accept and prepare for it. You might try new things you don’t like…and you know what? It’s okay. Accept the fact you won’t automatically love every new thing you try.
I think this is just a good reminder that things are not always going to be easy…which I dealing with now, its kind of overwhelming to think all the work I have head of me. I just need to remember that it’s not going to happen all at once and just focus on the good things I am doing.
